Christmas in Oglethorpe December 8, 2018

Christmas in Oglethorpe, December 8th, 2018 is right around the corner!

We would love to have you join our parade. We welcome you and your children, vehicles, friendly dogs, horses and riders, and anything else you want to decorate for Christmas. The Sheriff will lead the parade and festivities begin at 11:00 AM. We will group people into the following groups in this order:
Group #1: Large vehicles and cars
Group #2: Floats and golf carts
Group #3: Dancers, walkers, dogs with walkers and/or carts
Group #4: All larger animals (goats with carts, horses and riders, etc.
Santa will bring up the rear!

We’ll have helpers to get you into the right place. If you are dropping people off to participate in the parade, you can drop them in the parking lot at the corner of Academy and Dupree St. Please do not come down Church Street as it gets too congested. Horses and other animals can wait in the parking lot at the Macon Coile Building (yellow low building) on the corner of Church and Academy across from the Meson Park.

If you are interested in participating as a Vendor  during Christmas in Oglethorpe on December 8, 2018 or in the Christmas Market Place benefiting Oglethorpe County Chamber of Commerce November 16 – 18th, 2018, please click and fill out the applications below:
